Hi, as a buyer, am I allowed to get multiple OTP from different sellers?

Hi,
1) Yes, you may collect multiple OTPs from different sellers.
2) If you are buying an HDB flat, you will only be allowed to exercise one of them.
3) I believed no seller will reject you from paying an option fee in exchange for their option.
