Asked by
Hi anyone,

I am Singaporean. Just wondering I am currently living overseas. I have bought my first HDB in SG before (bought from resale market) and took the first time buyer grant. I have since sold the flat in 2007. Is it possible for me now to buy a HDB property in SG and then rent it out. Also thinking of using my CPF money to buy the HDB.

Thanks
