Hi any gurus here can help me? This is the 1st time I am buying a flat btw I am single (35). Can't buy a 3 room BTO due to the income cap, is there any checklist or guideline that I can refer to for a first timer like me to buy a resale 4 room flat? Any kind soul willing to help? Thank you so much.

Hi LC,

If your income is less than $5000/month, you qualify for a HDB loan and a $15000 Single Grant.

If it exceeds, then you will need to get a bank loan.
