Purchase of HDB unit under single scheme is only applicable for Singaporean aged 35 and above. However, you can look into private property should you be keen.

Good evening Pattipaka,

I am afraid to inform you that as a single SPR, you are not eligible to purchase resale HDB. You can only do so if you purchase with a SPR spouse and both of you must fulfill SPR status of 3 years.

Alternatively, you can opt to purchase private condos or apartments.

I am sorry to inform you that Single PRs are not eligible to purchase a HDB. May I suggest that you turn your attention to resale Executive Condos instead? These projects are priced lower as compared to private condos and are therefore more affordable.
