Hi... am helping a friend who is a bankrupt. Now on installment scheme paying the debts off, was informed by HDB that he still can apply for a flat. Currently not owning one. Urgently wants to know if there is any hdb (3/4rooms) with no COV. Gross salary is ard $2500-3000.

Morning, With his/her credit status, how much loan can he get? How much CPF OA are available at hand?
