Hi, am a first-timer looking for a 4-room flat. Appreciate early advice to the following queries:
A) What is the commission charged by agent? Negotiable?
B) Have specific requirements for the flat like main door facing, etc. Would that make a difference in the commission charged?
C) Can engage multiple agents to expedite search for the flat? Understand possible for sales.
D) Need to sign engagement contract with agent? What if agent’s performance not up to mark?
E) Friends mentioned buyers seldom engage agents as agent normally refer buyer to properties websites and would only arrange visit to units shortlisted by buyers. Any value-added services?
