hi all,i have one big question to ask the HDB.I will be 55 next yrs.my housing loan with HDB is for 30 years in which i have completed 11years staying with my present hdb property, the balance 19years more.sO THIS IS THE ACTUAL SCENARIO.
I need to sell my HDB flat B4 next year when I'm turning 55yrs old.
1) under hdb law when a person reach at this age and still paying for the loan - HDB will impose a half of the loan will be from my CPF and the other half will be pay cash on monthly repayment for the HDB loan.
2)If i sell my house and i have an issue with credit bureau.this would means all my future loan with regardless who i will be borrowing will be effected?
3)can i get some help from my MP to facilitate my appeal with HDB to get HDB loan for my next house via HDB loan?
