You can only ink the OTP on the date where both you and your spouse have fulfilled 3 years on the SPR status. Hence what we can do is to start the hunting around late May or early June. We can also try to work on your financial component during the hunt.

To quicken the whole purchase process, probably start house hunting from May thus you can obtain OTP as soon as you fulfill SPR status of 3 years respectively.

I can help you to negotiate for the earliest appointment dates and you could request to start the renovation earlier with a renovation indemnity form signed by the sellers.

You can rent out the rooms once ownership has been transferred to you.
