Depending on the age, condition and ethnic restriction of the unit you are buying, it will be likely to get a unit below the asking price of the seller.
You will also be allowed to rent out your common room/s upon key collection provided that you are physically staying within the unit.
Standard S&P take around 3.5 to 4 months to completion.
