Hi All, We are China PR ,looking 4 Rooms HDB flat, First time buyer.We have cash budget as our CPF not enough for 15% downpayment. that why we need to top up a lot of cash. We looking for low cov unit.Area / conditions / floor level doesn't matter as long as we can afford.
