Hi All, my resale application have been submitted on 14 Oct 21 from both seller and buyer. Till today, there is no update from HDB. Is it 'normal' for HDB to take so long to accept application and prepare the documents for endorsement? And how long will it take again to go to next stage after both parties endorsed the documents?

Hi,

1) This is not normal. According to the HDB website indication, you should receive acceptance from the HDB within 14 working days.
2) I had experienced this before lately.
3) I suggest you use the feedback form on the HDB website to highlight this with the date of resale application submitted together with the OTP number.
