Hi All,
My dad passed away recently and leave i assume he left no will and so i would like check if me being the biological son, do i have the right to take back the HDB flat which is name now under my stepmom a China PR who did not pay a single cent for the Flat.
a little more information:
My Dad and biological mom are divorce few years ago and i am staying with my biological mom. after the divorce my dad got re-married to a china wife and soon the china wife got her PR. my dad knowing that he got cancer 4th stage he quickly add his china pr wife name to the flat so now my dad had passed away and the whole flat belongs to her.
And if there is a will i did not know off, will this will affect me taking back the flat.
