Hi all
me and my wife to be is looking for resale flats and we heard mix comments on COV, I wonder if you all can help? Pardon my ignorance here...

1)We are first time buyers and we wonder the grant can be used to off set the COV?

2)Say we would like to lower the COV can we use say CPF to pay a higher valuated price of the flat? Example the flat valuated at 400k and COV is 40K are we able to nego to say pay 450K for the flat with 0 COV?
