Hi all,

I've a few common and master rooms in Balastier that I'd like to rent out. I would like advice on how I may rent it out. Do i need an agent or can I do it myself? Does the standard tenancy agreement apply here?

Would appreciate advice and many thanks in advance.

Hi Ms. Margaretha,

Both are possible, but through an agent your interests are better protected, the necessary paperwork/drafting of TA contract you need not worry about it and we qualify tenants to your preferred tenant profile requirements.

Also, a responsible agent will be there to offer long-term support should any dispute arise midway through the rental period, and be a point of contact to manage both parties concerns.
