I am more than willing to assist with your property rental.
Something to take note, you have to fulfill your minimum occupation period first in order to be eligible to rent out your whole unit. If not, you have to seek approval from your HDB branch office in order to do so.
Another note is that you have to a Singaporean in order to be eligible to rent out your whole unit. SPR household is not eligible to rent out whole unit unless HDB branch office approves.
Usually 1 year lease is more common for HDB lease. If you are looking at a 3 years contract, it will depends on whether tenant keen to renew.
Just FYI, you can rent out 3 years if all subtenants are Singaporean or malaysians if not, max 1.5 years for non malalysian.
