Hi all - I understand that the eligibility of buying an EC cannot exceed the income of 10k.

Many say you can appeal to HDB but I tried HDB and they don't entertain such request and they're referring me back to the developer.

Any agent seen their client appeal successfully before?

Afternoon,

I have several client who have succeeded in the appeal for their HDB loan, even though they have exceed it by about 5 to 6%.

With the need DBSS and EC, HDB have actually relinguished out the contract to the developers. You might have some difficulties to get the appeal through, as at this point of time.
