HI All.
I recenty got in touch with 4 different clients from India, who are very keen in buying private property in Singapore, mostly for investment purposes.
Their requirements range from 1+1, to 3+1 units, with budgets ranging from 600k to 2Mil.

Their first preferance will be New Projects that are going to TOP in the next 6 months, they cant wait 1-3 years for the place to be completed. Re-sale units might be a possiblity too.
As I have always been involved with commercial sales and rentals, I need some help in this field.
Two of My buyers are already here in singapore. They will stay for 1-2 weeks, and they intend to purchase some units NOW.
There isnt much time left, and We need to move quick. They arrived today, and I havent shown them anything yet, but I will be bringing them for viewings all this week.
Any Agents who have suitable units, especially in new developments, call me at 91438820, any time of the day, to fix an appointment.

Hi Alvin,

Clover By The Park at Bishan St. 25. New developemnt going TOP soon, estimated in end Q2 or Q3 2011.

Only 2 stops to Junction 8/Bishan MRT. Unable to view but can go to site and take a look. Buy from floor and site plan. Also good investment for rental as there are good achool nearby, Catholic High School, RI, etc.
