Hi all, I intend to downgrade from a 5rm to a 4rm. I do not have any outstanding loan from hdb. But i do not have the cash for the asking COV. What can i do?

Evening,

You are downgrading hence the sales should be able to generate some possible profit from sales. The main thing now is to determine on how much your unit is worth, how much loan you need and are available to you, where would you prefer to move to and how much cash you intend to use from the possible cash proceed generated from sales.
