You have stated your intentions, although I am unsure what leads to your intention, but the question is if it is fair to the agent who market your property for rent and not being paid?
Retail line is badly affected, therefore in order to entice tenants taking up the retail space, you should in fact double the commissions payout such that agents will work even harder to fill up the space available for you.
