Hi all, I have a top floor corridor unit at Blk 164 Stirling Road that I want to sell off, but I would like to buy another resale unit to replace it? How should I go about to do it so I have a place to stay while all the paperwork if finalised, and the renovation is done?

Can I buy a new unit, get the paperwork done then sell off my current unit?

Hi Wong,

If you do not need the sales proceed of current hdb flat to buy another resale unit, i would advise you to buy first, then sell off the stirling road unit later. It will be more straightforward rather than doing contra which is complicated.

You have up to 6 months to sell of your current flat upon taking possession of the new resale flat you bought.

Please call me at 96836230  to discuss. I can assist to sell off your stirling road flat.

Thanks,
