I filed for divorce with my husband ( thai). We have 2 kids boy (13yrs) girl ( 4years). Im PR vietnamese working as a customer service for an american company based in singapore. Im pr since yr 2008 and my daughter also a pr. I left 3 rooms hdb flat for my husband and requested for split care n control. The girl is with me. We both signed and waiting for interim judgement. I knew that if the girl is under my full care and control i will able to buy my own hdb flat, but lawyer told me it will not easy for court to split custody. If joint custody, is there any chance i can buy resale flat with my daughter? Salary 3.6k saving 300k. Cpf 90k in ordinary 1 account.
