Good afternoon,

Sorry to inform you that you are not eligible to purchase a resale HDB as of now.

You can do so when you turn SC and purchase under non citizen spouse scheme if not, when your wife turns SPR and fulfil SPR status of 3 years then you are eligible.

If not, you will have to consider private property as alternative.

Why not consider private property?
