Hi All,

I am a Singaporean and my GF is a malaysian who just got her Singapore PR status. We are looking to get a BTO but is it possible to still get a private property in malaysia in the future?

Will there be any issues before i take the BTO flat or the housing loan?

Yes, it is possible to purchase another private property in Malaysia in the future, provided you have fulfilled the 5-year MOP to your HDB flat.
