Hi all, I am a seller of a resale transaction. Current status of purchase: option exercised and have attend the 1st appointment.
Now I'm not bale to sell the house cos' my spouse refuse to sign the consent form & I need to withdraw from deal.
Please advise what should I do, will the buyer be able to sue me?
Do I still need to pay my agent for commission. Thanks
