Hi All, I am a PR and planning to buy a resale HDB. But i have got empty land and house from my ancentor in India as a gift. So am i eligible to buy a HDB in singapore.

Evening,

Being gift, it means that the land and house is under your name. Hence you are not able to buy HDB flat, unless you have your name removed from the property that you own in India.
