Hi All,

I am a PR and interested in buying HDB. I have a house in India and aware of the fact that I need to sell it with in 6 months after I buy HDB. I have already transfered it to my relatives and no longer own it.

Can you please tell me whether I can buy a house in any other part of the world after I own a HDB here. I plan to buy a house in India.

Afternoon,

You can definitely purchase private properties overseas after you have fulfilled your MOP of 5 years, from the date of key collection.
