Hi all Guru, I'm a PR and planning to buy a HDB from open market, is it true that I need to sell all my property in oversea before I can actually buy a HDB?

Morning Jeremy,

Under the current ruling, anyone who wants to purchase HDB unit, are not allowed to have existing private property at hand.
Hence you are right, in reference to your doubt.
