Conveyancing fee for OTP (based on the $450,000 HDB resale flat price) @ $4,500 ]
May I know what is this fee about?
It is not conveyancing fee for HDB loan right? As there also stated conveyancing fee for HDB loan @ $282.60
I am checking the upfront fee as I am planning to buy 3 room HDB of about $360K with HDB loan $242K, OA/Saving $70K, Single grant + EHG $45K.
What is the upfront costs over $1K, other than below ?
1. Buyer stamp duty $5.4K
2. Option fee + Exercise fee $5K
