Hi all, can seller back out the deals before one week HDB completion date?

Only HDB has the right to reject the sale after the Option To Purchase has been exercised. Seller or buyer cannot unilaterally pull of out the deal.

Hi,
The seller cannot do so as the OTP is already legally binding, and the resale application approved by HDB. If the seller does not go through, he or she is liable for legal liability and may be forced by the courts to see through the transaction.
