Hi Goh,

Highest transacted price since April 2011 until now recorded for a 4A unit in Tampines 700 series is $455k for a unit in BLK708 (11-15 sty). There is no max or min COV as it is on a willing seller and buyer basis for any transactions. Valuation is estimated to be at least $400k in your area.

Evening Goh,

Blk 726, Tampines, #2, corner unit, have a valuation of $475k. We can work your valuation price around the range. With the recent transaction from HDB website, it's likely that your valuation might hit around $490k.
As for the COV asking, it ranges from $40k to $75k, depending on your unit's condition and facing.
