Hi all agents, I have been looking around for HDB as I am planning to get married soon. I have noticed that the recent valuation has dropped when I went viewing. Valuation done 2 months ago seems to be higher, as compared to valuation done 2 weeks ago. Both units are within the same cluster and about the same floor range, but 1 unit is original and the other unit is well renovated, having almost the same valuation price. Any chance for the valuation to fall further?

Morning,

Valuation are done on unit based on multiple factors. Renovation carries a very small component of the report. Value also defers from the individual valuers. Other things like facing of unit and condition of unit also affect the report.
The only possible time for valuation to fall is when owners are selling below valuation. Do you see such situation taking place?
You are always welcome to take your chances, but I don't see light at the end of the tunnel.
