I am not sure where you got your news from, but all these are only speculation and not official announcements. They are at best, educated guesses of locations of future MRT stations but whether it will materialize depends entirely on the authorities. What has been announced is that there will be a Cross-Island Line linking Pasir Ris to Punggol, to Ang Mo Kio and then Clementi, expected by 2030.

Definitely, if a station is located nearby, prices will in the long-term appreciate. Ris Grandeur, being freehold, will be in a good position to capitalize on any potential capital appreciation.

Hi there!

Better to check with the authorities before speculating, some of the websites will be the URA master plan, LTA website. As of now, we know there will be a Cross Island Line coming up, which will comlete in year 2030. The actual stations location remain unknown. Of course, you may have your own reliable inside news.

If it happens to be located very near Ris Grandeur, definitely there will be positive impact on the prices. Put yourself in a buyer's shoes, how much will you pay for Ris Grandeur in year 2030, a 25 year old project with Freehold status?
