Hi agents, what are pro n cons if buying a EM? Is it a good time to buy due to MSR imposed as such 5rm bigger flats will be affected?

Afternoon,

Buyers who are looking at bigger sized units either have the physical needs and financial ability to substantiate such purchase. As qualified salesperson, we would also not bring buyers to view units that's not within their reach. Furthermore, with the fixed number of EM in the market and possible growth of demand, the growth is quite obvious.
