My suggestion is for your to submit all the documents you have first and see what the outcome is and how you can resolve the highlighted issues. If required, you may submit an appeal to have them approve your housing grant. That will be a process we cannot avoid since whatever you have presented are facts.

Hi Ms,

You do not have to worry too much. As long as your combined monthly household income is no more than $14k, you will still be eligible for CPF Housing Grant. As for Enhanced Housing Grant, your income will have to be below $9000 to be eligible. For Proximity Housing Grant, you will need to stay within 4km to your parents in order to be eligible.
