Hi Agents, i need a cost breakdown if i want to purchase a 420k 4 room flat,cov 20k, cpf 80k, married with foreign spouse (working)

Afternoon Jerrick,

The cost breakdown is as attached:

1)Stamp & Legal Fee Duty: $10k (Payable by CPF)
2)COV: $20k
3)5% downpayment (Bank 80% loan): $20k
4)15% Downpayment (Bank 80% loan): N/A as you have enough CPF to cover
5)Misc Expense: $1k

Hi, thanks for the breakdown Mr Lim, for the 5% downpayment, do i need to pay in cash? Secondly, i just find out iam entitled for the foreign spouse scheme of 15k grant.
