Hi Agents, i just received my HLE Loan application has been approved but the worries will hdb rejected me after they found out if i'm married. As my expiry date of HLE letter 07 Aug 2017.

Good morning,

Did you applied for the HLE under single scheme? And are you getting the resale HDB unit under single scheme or public scheme? IF you are married, you have to applied for the HLE based on both income even though you do not have the intention to utilize your spouse CPF.
If you have provided false information, HDB does have the rights to reject your application...
