Hi Ken,

The only issue here is that the moment you exceed the income ceiling, you are only eligible to take up bank loan for your purchase of resale HDB.

I would have to say that your information source is outdated. As PR buyer, you can only obtain bank loan for the purchase. Hence there's no income ceiling restriction. If you are buying as Singaporean, the combined income ceiling is $10k.
