Usually I will do a detailed financial plan for the client as well as understand their requirements better so to pinpoint the areas we can focus on. During the viewings I am also happy to share my inputs on the unit which you may miss out, as well as the latest transaction data so you will not over offer for an unit. I will also coordinate the timelines with the seller agent and negotiate good pricing outcomes. Yes agent success fee is typically 1% of purchase transacted price + GST , and is payable in full at legal completion.

We will usually run through the numbers, from loan to grants to work out the scope and price range and see what the options available are before arranging for viewings and negotiation and etc.

Commission is only payable upon successful completion of the transaction. Note that it will be applicable if buyer backs out of the transaction.
