Yes if you are 55 years and above, you can purchase resale HDB
4-room size and below, and sell your condo within 6 months after the resale HDB completion.

Yes regulations wise, you are not affected since you are above 55 years old and getting a 4-room size and below type of resale HDB and will be allowed to do so. As i heard some agents said not possible to buy HDB first and sell my condo within 6 months, after the new ruling, thus would like to triple check before i make my plan.
As due to the high demand of hdb, i do not wish to end up selling my condo and not able to get a hdb i want
