Hi, After selling off EC, how long that i can buy BTO or resale HDB?

Hi,
You need to wait out 30 months after selling EC before you can apply any subsidized housing (ie. BTO). For resale HDB, no need you can purchase straight away.
May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

You can purchase a resale HDB first and dispose off your EC within 6 months from purchase completion date.
As for BTO, you need to dispose off EC first then observe 30 months before you can apply for BTO.

The waiting period is 30 months before you are eligible for a BTO. There is no restrictions for resale HDB.
May I ask why do you wish to consider a BTO or resale HDB instead? If you are at the prime of your earning power, wouldn't you consider the option of further upgrading?
Buying an EC was a wise decision back then and I am certain you are able to pocket a decent amount of profit for the sale. The upside potential of HDB are generally quite limited and therefore may not be the best option on the table.
