Hi.

After selling my current flat n purchase a 3 room resale
Is it a must to fully utilized the whole CPF obtained after selling ?
Can I not decide to leave let say 10K balance inside my OA
N utilized the rest for my next purchase ?

Pls advise .

Afternoon,

If you are taking HDB loan for the upcoming purchase, you are required to utilize all your CPF monies. But if you are taking bank loan, you can talk to your banker to make the necessary arrangements.
