If for Selling:-

Valued of a property is very much depend on the following :-

- Level of the unit, high or low ;
- Condition of the unit, original or beautifully renovated, corner or non-corner ;
- Location of the property is situated, near or far from MRT eg ;

These are some of the factors which will affect the value of each property.

If for Rental :-

The rental may varies from whether the unit is :-

- Fully, Partial or Unfurnished ;
- Are there airconditioned in the house or the whole house ;
- Condition of the house ;
- Again the location of the unit, near or far from MRT.

Well the rental price is averagely between $1800-$2000, depends and if above mentioned applies.
