Hi,
1) For Singapore PR, do i have to declare my hometown property or declare and sell it prior to purchase Singapore resale HDB?

Hi Mr. Chui,

You have to dispose the private property within 6 months of key collection to resale HDB. Have you fulfilled the 3 year SPR status? Thanks and hope to assist further.

Hi Mr Chui, yes you have to declare to HDB of your overseas property. And you could choose to sell your overseas property either before or after purchasing the HDB unit.
