Hello.We were interested in a unit at Le Crescendo 23736139, which was advertised on Property Guru. We had first contacted the agent about it on Wed 11th January on WhatsApp but heard nothing back. On Thursday 12th Jan, I reached out to him again where he asked me about my profile. Again there was no further updates until I contacted him last night (13th Jan), only to receive this text “ Hello, apologies but this landlord of mine is looking only for chinese tenants”! Is this acceptable by Property Guru?
The agent also said that he had no choice but to accept the instructions of the landlord.
