Hello to all the gurus! I am a Singaporean citizen while my fiance is a foreign. We are planning to ROM next year, so we are doing some research in buying a flat.
We are pretty interested in Kim Tian Green area, and wondering when will it be open for resale. And with your expert opinion, a resale 4-room flat in Kim Tian (or in Tiong Bahru), how much would that be (calculations)?
