Hello there, nest year i'll be moving out to a new Condo. my Question is what would be the best for my exsisting HDB Executive Massinet apartment?, would it be good to rent out if so what rental yield i could expect? or should i sell it out?. my current apartment is in Tampines st 32 oposite Tampines Mart. plese advice. i am also not in hurry to sell.
