Hello there... I would like to ask if it is possible for my grandparents (grandma Singaporean, grandpa PR) who is living in a 1 room rented flat now to buy a HDB flat and add my name in it?
As I am currently 22 and living with them, I'm concerned that I will have no place to live if anything happens to them. I also don't like the idea of renting as I don't think it is worth it in a long run till I am 35.

Hi, I am Brendan!

If I may ask, what is the age of both your grandparents? I supposed there are schemes available for you to buy HDB flat if you fulfill certain criteria.

It will be much more straightforward for me to explain to you in details over the phone.
Pls contact me at 9754 5207  or wa.me/6597545207.

Thank you!

Hi,

1) It is possible if you can get sufficient funds to support from the HDB or the bank.
2) Alternative is you have sufficient funds to cover the shortfall if the HDB and bank cannot provide sufficient financial support.
3) Your grandparents must be the main applicant even though they might not have any income. You will be the co-applicant to support the purchase in terms of the financial part.

Hope the above answer your main concerns, but if there are more query, please feel free to contact me at 90110636  , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
I'll be glad to assist.

Best regards
