Hello there, I will be moving to a new condo which the TOP expected Towards last quarter next year. So if i had to rent out my current HDB Executive Massnet in Tampines st 32 (oposite Tampines Mart) - also next year, what would be the retal yield icould expect around this area? else whould this be good idea to sell?, pls advice.

Afternoon Mahen,

I would not be able to tell your the possible rental yield for Q4 2013 nor the possible market trend then. The best way to go around it is to work on what you have and decide how to move on, when the time comes.
