The 8 years old fridge & freezer suddenly stop working overnight and landlord's property agent said that i have to call tecnician to find out what is going on. Also said that is consider as minor repair and i will have to pay first $200 of the repair. How could it be ? I am in this appartment for the last 16 months and from my understanding this is just a peoblem of wear and ageing and should be attended by landlord. I have also lost so much food that i had defrosted. How do u think should it be ?
