Hello, One of my overseas friend is interested in buying a condomonium apartment with 2 bed rooms & use the apartment whereever he is in Singapore. Rest of the time, he is interested to convert it into a serviced aparment by handing over to companies handling this business. Can you pls guide me on this, as to how he should go about?
